These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Favor Multisol Inc. platform located at https://favormultisol.ca ("Platform"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Favor Multisol Inc. is a company incorporated in Manitoba, Canada. For inquiries, contact us at admin@favormultisol.ca.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be terminated immediately.

Services are delivered on a subscription or per-project basis as described at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the services you select. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
Within 7 days of payment: If you cancel your project or subscription within 7 calendar days of your payment date, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 20% covers processing and administrative costs.
After 7 days of payment: Cancellations made more than 7 days after payment are non-refundable. However, your account and project will remain active and fully functional until the end of the purchased subscription period.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at admin@favormultisol.ca with your account details and payment reference. Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms without prior notice.
When you upload guest contact information (names, emails, phone numbers), you represent and warrant that:
SMS program terms: Guests enrolled for SMS delivery receive event invitations, RSVP reminders, event updates, table assignments, and cancellation notices — typically 1 to 5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Guests can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://inviteflo.com/privacy. We never send third-party marketing or promotional text messages, and mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of Favor Multisol Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create (invitations, event details, uploaded photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Platform's services to you.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Favor Multisol Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Favor Multisol Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
