• Event & Invitation Data: Event details, dates, venue information, and invitation content you create.
• Guest Data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of guests you add to your events.
• RSVP Responses: Attendance status, dietary preferences, and other responses submitted by guests.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Usage Data: Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and platform functionality.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the platform and its features.
• Send invitations and notifications on your behalf via email and SMS.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions and comply with legal obligations.
• Protect the security and integrity of our platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate the platform:

• Twilio: For SMS delivery of invitations and notifications. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Our mobile application requests access to your device's camera for the following purposes:

• QR Code Scanning: The camera is used exclusively to scan QR codes for guest check-in at events. No photos or videos are captured, stored, or transmitted.
• Photo Uploads (Guest Portal): If you choose to upload photos to an event's guest photo gallery, the camera may be used to take a photo directly within the app. These photos are uploaded only at your explicit request.

We do not access your camera in the background, and camera access is only activated when you initiate a QR scan or photo upload. You can revoke camera permission at any time through your device settings. Revoking this permission will disable QR code scanning and in-app photo capture features.

With consent, we send event-related text messages on behalf of event hosts, including event invitations, RSVP reminders, event updates (venue, date, or time changes), table assignments, and event cancellation notices. Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per event, per guest.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Opting out stops all future text messages immediately.

Your mobile number is never sold and is not shared with third parties other than the service providers strictly necessary to deliver messages on our behalf (such as Twilio), who process your number solely to transmit the messages described above. Your mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How consent is obtained: Before your phone number can be enrolled for SMS delivery, the event host must complete a mandatory consent acknowledgment in our app at the time you are added to the guest list. The host attests to a pre-existing relationship with you and confirms that you have agreed to receive event-related text messages (invitations, reminders, updates, and cancellation notices), and verbally directs you to the exact URLs of our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (https://inviteflo.com/terms) so you can review them before consenting. Your consent is recorded with your guest record. Phone numbers are never purchased, scraped, or auto-enrolled — they are provided directly by the event host with recorded consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at admin@favormultisol.ca.

We use only essential cookies necessary for platform functionality such as authentication sessions. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our third-party service providers (Stripe, Twilio, Resend) may process data outside of Canada, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place to protect your data during such transfers.

Our platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
